Refund policy

Effective 1 September 2026

All sales are final

Everything sold here is a digital download. You receive the complete file the moment you pay, so purchases are not refundable.

Please read this before you buy. By completing a purchase you confirm that you understand these products are non-refundable.

Know what you are buying

Because sales are final, we have made it possible to read the material before you pay.

Most products have a Look inside button showing two real pages, the cover and a full page from inside, so you can judge the writing for yourself. Where a product has no preview yet, email us and we will send you a sample before you decide.

Four files are completely free. The design decision checklist and the operating budget template are whole documents, yours to use as they are. The bar and coffee contract guides are ten-page excerpts showing the clause list, two clauses in full, and the clauses most owners are missing. All four are written to the same standard as the paid material.

If you are unsure whether a module covers what you need, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly. We would rather answer a question than sell you the wrong thing.

If your download does not work

If your link did not arrive, expired, or the file will not open, contact us and we will fix it. A file you cannot open is a delivery problem, and we will always get you the product you paid for.

Wrong file, or charged twice

If you were charged more than once for the same item, or received the wrong file, contact us and we will put it right.

Questions or concerns after purchase

If something about your purchase is not what you expected, email contact@mobilebusinessbuilders.com and tell us what happened. We read every message and will look at your situation.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute takes weeks to resolve and we can usually sort things out the same day.

Private Consulting

Private Consulting is not sold through this website. It is arranged separately by written agreement, and this policy does not apply to it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Payments are handled by Payhip, who are the merchant of record for every sale, and their terms also apply to your purchase.
