Refund policy

The short version

14 days, no questions asked. If a guide or template is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Message us through our contact form from the address you bought with, tell us what you bought, and say you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

How long it takes

We action refunds within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money back on your statement. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, back to the original payment method.

What happens to the download

Because our products are digital, we ask that you delete your copy once a refund is issued. Your licence to use the material ends when the refund is processed.

Consulting

Consulting sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are not refundable. Unstarted consulting packages are refundable in full.

Problems with your download

If your download link did not arrive or does not work, email us and we will fix it straight away — that is a delivery problem, not a refund situation, and we would rather get you the guide.
