By using this website or buying a product from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What you are buying

Our products are digital guides, templates and workbooks in PDF and spreadsheet format, delivered by download immediately after purchase. No physical goods are shipped. Each product listing states its format.

Private Consulting is not sold through this website. It is arranged separately by written agreement, and these terms do not apply to it.

License and permitted use

When you buy a guide or template, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own business. You may print it and adapt templates for your own use. You may not resell it, share it, republish it, or distribute it, in whole or in part, to anyone else.

Everything on this site and in our guides is educational information based on experience in the mobile business industry. It is not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Suzanne is not a lawyer, an accountant or a licensed insurance broker.

Regulations for health permitting, liquor licensing, business formation and insurance vary by state and by county, and they change.
